About Fendrix Paw Supply Boutique

Fendrix Paw Supply Boutique started with a simple frustration: a closet full of leashes that frayed, bowls that skated across the kitchen floor, and beds that flattened in a month. We decided to build a small shop around pet things that look good and are photographed honestly, so what arrives looks like what you saw.

We only sell physical supplies for dogs and cats. That means collars, leashes and harnesses for the walk, bowls, mats and fountains for mealtime, and beds, cots, crates and climbing towers for downtime. We do not sell pet food, treats or supplements, and we never will, because we want to stay focused on the gear.

Every item in our catalog of sixteen is chosen for a plain reason: it solves one everyday problem. A base ring on a silver-tone bowl, a mat with a raised edge, a crate with two doors. Each product page describes what the photo shows, and sizes, materials and other fine details are confirmed at fulfillment.

Our orders are packed and shipped from the United States, and our customer service team answers by phone and email during business hours. If something is not right when it arrives, we want to hear about it and make it right under our refund policy.
