Do you sell pet food, treats or supplements?
No. Fendrix sells physical supplies only: gear, bowls, fountains, beds, crates and cat trees.
Are the fountains easy to clean?
Cleaning and filter details for each fountain are confirmed at fulfillment. As a general habit, rinse a fountain basin and tank regularly with mild soap and water.
Can I wash the beds?
Care details for each bed are confirmed at fulfillment. Please check the information that arrives with your order before washing.
Will the car seat cover fit my vehicle?
It is a hammock-style cover with buckle straps and side flaps. Dimensions are confirmed at fulfillment, so measure your back seat before ordering and contact customer service if you want to check the fit.
Is the crate suitable for my dog?
Crate size and the dog size it suits are confirmed at fulfillment. Check your dog's height and length and contact customer service if you want to confirm the fit before ordering.
Do you ship outside the United States?
No. We ship to addresses in the United States only.

How much is shipping, and how fast will my order arrive?
Free shipping on every order, with no shipping fee and no handling fee. Orders ship within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.
What is your refund policy?
